At ONTRAIL Vineyards, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of wine products and applicable alcohol regulations, all wine sales are generally final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ontrailvineyards.com. We may request photographs of the damaged product and packaging to assist with the claim.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-wine merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.
